Our agency is made up of three key entities, each with a unique role in providing personalized support and care:
- Shared Living: This program offers individuals a warm, supportive home environment where they can build meaningful relationships with their caregivers. It’s all about creating a family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and included.
- ISL (Individualized Supported Living): Our ISL services are designed to help individuals live independently while receiving the personalized support they need. We focus on empowering individuals to live life on their own terms, with the resources and guidance necessary to thrive.
- Honest Imagination: This day habilitation program offers enriching activities and experiences that inspire creativity, learning, and personal growth. From community outings to hands-on projects, Honest Imagination is a place where individuals can explore new interests and make the most of each day.
