We are excited to share the news of a fresh new venture for Honest Imagination—our first ever Seed Starting Event! This exciting opportunity wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of the University of Missouri Extension, who have graciously provided us access to their greenhouse for the entire year.

At Alton Honest Imagination, we are incredibly thankful for this amazing partnership and the chance to dive into a fun, hands-on project that will allow us to grow vegetables year-round. Today marked the start of this adventure as we planted our very first seed starts in the greenhouse.

There was an undeniable sense of enthusiasm as everyone got their hands dirty, learning about the process of starting seeds, caring for young plants, and envisioning the fresh, homegrown produce that will come from our efforts. This initiative is not only about growing vegetables but about fostering new skills, building community, and embracing the joys of gardening.

We can’t wait to see how our garden flourishes over the coming months and are so grateful to the University of Missouri Extension for providing us with the resources to make this dream a reality. Here’s to a fruitful year ahead filled with growth, learning, and a whole lot of veggies!
